
Gluten-free PIZZA
Take the grated tomatoes, salt and granulated sugar in a saucepan.

INGREDIENTS
For Souce:
2 pieces grated tomatoes
0,5 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
0,5 teaspoon thyme
0,5 teaspoon black pepper
For Dough:
1 pack of Dr.Oetker gluten-free plain flour
1 sachet of instant yeast (gluten-free)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of oil
1 glass of warm water
0,5 teaspoon of salt
For upper ingredients:
1 piece tomato
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of sliced bologna
1 cup of sliced sausage
Preparation of
Prepation of source:
When it start to boil, reduce the oven and continue cooking until the water is absorbed.Add tomato paste and mix well.
Prepation of dough:
Pour the flour into a bowl.(gluten-free) Take I tablespoon of flour and separate it to use while rolling the dough. Add the yeast on the remaining flour and mix with a spoon. Add the egg, oil, warm water and salt.Knead until you have a smooth dough that does not stick to the hand. Cover it and leave it in a warm enviroment for 20-30 minutes to ferment.
Foming an Cooking:
Spread on the baking paper on the baking tray.Pre-open the oven to set the specified temperature and heat.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.Knead the fermented dough briefly amd divide it into rwo equal parts.Roll out both doughs with a diamater of 16 cm and place on abaking tray.Spread the cooled sauce on the dough in equal amounts, leaving I am space to the edge.Sprinkle a small amount of grated cheddar cheese.Put mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage and tomatoes on it.Sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar cheese and cook.
At the end of time, take it out of the oven and serve by slicing without waiting.
