
Global coronavirus death toll rises to 2,130,422
At least 99,329,288 people have so far tested positive for coronavirus around the world.
The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.
The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of coronavirus related fatalities with 427,635 deaths, followed by Brazil with 216,475 deaths, India with 153,376 deaths and Mexico with 149,084 deaths.
At least 71,383,206 patients suffering from the disease have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide.
